This is really hard to do. I'm not happy with my body and every day I'm consumed by this thought. However, I want to post pictures to hold myself accountable. I may remove them later today or tomorrow but for now I will post them here. Theses are my 30 Day Shred "before" photos. You may not be able to see my trouble spots that clearly, but because I am my biggest critic I can see them easily. My goal: eliminate my lower belly pooch/get a flat stomach, lose the batwing flab, get rid of the armpit fat, tone and slim my thighs. Hopefully, I can achieve this by the end of the 30 days (or st least make significant progress toward these goals).
